::I've stayed at a few Park Hyatts, so my expectations were high. The Park Hyatt Zurich exceeded my expectations. The hotel remembered our anniversary from a past stay. There was a handwritten card along with rose petals everywhere. They truly went above and beyond. Many thanks and we'll be back!!
