  Everything works as it should, great takeout for thanksgiving and Christmas, just order the bird you want and the sides, swing by at your alloted time and pick up your dinner!

  Minimum of 25 Minutes Waiting Time for a Caesar Salad in the Lobby Restaurant is simply not acceptable... But the salad was very good! (Therefore 2 Stars)

  Excellent place to go to the city central. Professional service is fulfilled in every corner of the hotel. Highly recommended.

  I've stayed at a few Park Hyatts, so my expectations were high. The Park Hyatt Zurich exceeded my expectations. The hotel remembered our anniversary from a past stay. There was a handwritten card along with rose petals everywhere. They truly went above and beyond. Many thanks and we'll be back!!

  Fantastic hotel with world class service as always. I have never been disappointed with a stay at a Park Hyatt and the Park Hyatt Zurich continued the sentiment. The lobby is beautiful. The location convenient. Rooms are spacious, modern, and luxerious. Employees are proactive and genuinely care. Can't wait to go back!
