::Central location, friendly staff, good breakfast, provides free public transport pass for 15 days. It is a bit retro and the free WiFi was not very strong, if you need it for work.

::First, I will say that the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is within two blocks of the train station. Beyond that, I must say that the hotel is not Moderne except for its elevator. The rooms, though large enough, look as if their decor has not been altered for decades. Everything looks tired and outdated, including the bathroom. The bed is okay, with a firm foam mattress. If you want a place to spend the night before taking the train in the morning, this hotel will be suitable. It also is convenient to public transportation and thus to the lake. However, if you want an experience in Geneva that you can look back upon with pleasure, I recommend that you choose a different hotel.
