  A history rich garment store, even if everything is very new and update. The proprietary room scent is quite sticky and you may smell it hours after shopping.

  I have always been well welcomed in their shop. The website though is another story. I ordered a bag on it. The order status didn’t change in 10 days, I finally called them, they told be « oh yeah we don’t know if that bag is still available, we’ll let you know by e-mail ». The same day, 5 hours later I received an e-mail telling the bag was no longer available. I sent an e-mail, telling it was not normal to present products that were no longer available on the website and moreover to not advice the costumer (I’m not sure if I wouldn’t have called them, they would have let me know about any change on my order). They simply replied that they were working on their website to fix thing. I then sent a letter to the office of the shop, (january 2018), this letter hasn’t had any answer yet. Worst costumer service ever.

  Excellent shopping store in Geneva. Went right before Christmas and store was beautifully decorated and a treat for the eyes. Must visit while in Geneva.

  Expensive, but the snacks and the service are really good! Yes, you get what you pay for. As it is not easy to get good service in Geneva, if you come here, pay a little more and you will be surprised. Even though the place is a little "upper class"
