  Toujours énormément de retard! J’avais rdv à 13h ...ils nous ont pris à 14h10!!!! Sans explications, sans excuses! Vétérinaires médiocres! J’habite dans le même immeuble et je préfère aller jusqu’a Vésenaz pour de bons soins et respect du client! Allez ailleurs sauf pour un vaccin.

  They took great care of my two cats and helped find the right medication for a lingering bowel issue for one of them. Very friendly staff and doctors, easy to get an appointment. They also were able to process my bill for the diplomatic discount, which I appreciated.

  Since Dr R. Spycher has taken over this clinic, it has become very Geneva style of "quantity over quality" and you contemplate if diagnoses were intentionally missed, so you have to come again and again. His staff are kind and the female Veterinarian too is professional but if dealing with Dr. Spycher AVOID because should you have a concern after your appointment, he will recommend coming for another paying appointment regardless if the last was yesterday. No respect for his clients or genuine concern for the animals. Left very disappointed since I have been a happy client there for over 12 years.
