::They've moved our washing machine and dryer for our move in Geneva. They broke the washing machine in the process and did not want to take responsibility for it. They needed to order a part to repair the washing machine, but they never followed up. When you call them, you get a rude secretary. They say they will call you back but they never do. This is a consumer's worst nightmare. Beware and stay away.
