  The store is ok. The staff is very friendly when you are just watching or going to buy something. And far less friendly when you come with special wishes or requests about the products you have already bought. The selection of jewellery is great. The store can be very croudy during the holidays seasons.

  The location is perfect, very easy to find. The staff can sometimes be not that much friendly, but I guess it's mostly because of the lack of english skills. Nevertheless, each time I went there, I always could get what I wanted without any problems. If you are looking for Swarovski, it is definitely a place to go.
