  The hotel is in the new town and very close to the railway station. Our room was a bit small but enough for 2 people. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and nice. It doesn’t have a free parking spot but if you are willing to pay 26 chf for a day, you have it in the same building.

  Nice and clean hotel located near to Bern Bahnhof and walking distance to Zytglogge and Bear Park. The hotel provides amazing amenities within the rooms as well as complimentary water bottles. At check in we were offered free welcome drinks as well as a free transport card to take us around Bern using all modes of public transportation for free. Would come back!

  The staff is helpful and kind! However, it’s a little expensive considering with everything else. The breakfast is good, though. The room is really clean. The room is really small if you have two standard check-in luggage! The restroom doesn’t have tooth brush and something else. And I remember you had to buy those things at the front desk. (Or maybe all the European hotels are like this...and my girlfriend thinks this hotel’s supply is actually quite good enough.) If you want to wash hands until it’s really clean, like it’s not oily any more. The hands soap and the shampoo & body wash are gonna be your night mare.....(however, my girlfriend doesn’t think so again lol)

  Very close to the station. Small'ish but sufficient room and bathroom size. Very neat and with a good bed. Nice breakfast.
