    Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage mehrfach Falschinformationen vom Personal am Schalter zum Verbleib meiner Senung erhalten. Was mehrere Leerfahrten für mich zur Folge hatte. Weiterbildundgsbedarf?? Zudem sind heute während dem Sechseläuten falsche Öffnungszeiten angegeben auf Website; stand vor verschlossener Türe, nachdem ich mir extra frei genommen habe um eine Sendung abzuholen. (Mit anderen Kunden.) Schwache Leistung.
