::Came to the office to get my mail. The young lady didn't speak English at all.. and was asking me something, which I unfortunately didn't understand either as I don't speak French. After few seconds she got obviously annoyed and only after she went to see if there is smth for me, which she simply had to do immediately. When I got my mail, she even didn't say anything... it was not a pleasure.. let's call it like this..
