  Since I only had to visit the Post Office once and I had nothing but a few postcards to send, I have different experiences from those of the previous post's writer. The lady at the counter spoke a good English, she was kind and provided us with all the necessary pieces of information we were lacking.

  On the good side, there are paper products, cell phones and brochures about most cell-phone prepaid and contract fees. On the bad side, there's usually a very long line. Also, if you need something from both PostFinance and the Post you'll have to visit two different (though not far) places.
