  Good service and food. But as everything in Geneva and Switzerland the prices for the meals compared to other countries are mind blowing.

  Very good service and warmth personnel, well located and prices are okay. I'm more interested in breakfast places where I can both get a leg into my inbox and eat something else than a croissant. But the loud radio with regular jingles or crying babies is a big minus in comparison to other places in proximity.

  When I was here on my visit to Switzerland in October, I ordered a meal worth 18 francs. Despite the relatively large meal, I was much surprised to find out that the time it took for it to be done was incredibly fast, something I have not seen in England. Thusly the time spent waiting in queue is negligible, even for a fast food chain. Additionally, the staff at the counter speak a good enough level of English for the job and so even an ignorant tourist such as myself can order from here with ease — something made even easier by the digital ordering machines.

  Stayed one day in Geneva and came here for breakfast, ordered on the self-order machine, waited at counter for 15min nobody asked me anything, even the customers came later than me had their orders. Then they finished breakfast without any notice/asking so I had to re-order again and breakfast options were not available. Store manager is very arrogant I said I want to raise complaint he answered only "go to website", I opened website on my phone he then said he didnt know, b/c the Swiss website default in German....didnt want to help at all. Staff just keeps saying " it's ok, it's ok" I said it's not ok, they just say :"it's ok for me"
