  Great location, clean rooms, centralized amenities (coffee, tea) work great. Wifi is good. Parking is public, nearby and convenient (no valet). It's fantastic to be in walking distance of many places and restaurants. Breakfast is good. We had two hotel rooms and one was quite small, thus depending on building location. The 4th floor was warm in May, but we were able to set the cooling unit to the warmer temperatures (estimating the outdoor temp) and then it began to cool the room. This was initially counter intuitive. No shampoo and conditioner if you're someone used to US hotels.

  Location was quite good. We were placed in a top floor room where it was quite cramped. The street noise was absolutely horrible. Extremely awkward shower and the bathroom sink didn't drain very well.

  Ottimo albergo 3 stelle in centro Berna. Comodissimo per gli spostamenti. Pienamente soddisfatto per prezzo qualità. Consigliato

  Ikke shampo eller balsam på rommet. Det var flere lange hår klistra på badeveggen. Det var en liten mus som løp rundt i resturanten. Pent rom. God seng. Plus for USB lader integrert i veggen ved nattbordet men når jeg ladet mobilen så kom det en durelyd så jeg turte ikke bruke den. Brukte min egen lader i vanlig stikkontakt. Veldig sentralt beliggende i Bern.

  Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione dei mercatini di Natale per respirare un po' di aria natalizia in Svizzera. L'hotel è posto nel centro storico. È pulito e curato nel design nei minimi dettagli sia nelle aree comunico che nelle camere. Rispetto agli altri hotel prenotando su booking il prezzo era totalmente in linea con i servizi offerti, per tanto non sono per niente d'accordo con i commenti degli altri utenti: infatti la nostra camera dava sulla strada e non siamo stati per niente disturbati e la colazione era molto abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Nulla da dire sulla posizione, letteralmente a VENTI METRI dai mercatini. È stata un'esperienza bellissima e sicuramente uno degli hotel migliori dove abbiamo soggiornato.
