  I am importing a car from Miami FL to Basel Switzerland. The price for this service was more than 5000 USD. The expectations are high when paying this price. The car was dropped off in Miami 9 weeks +6days ago. We do not have the car yet. The scheduled arrival day has passed a long time ago. Keller Swiss Group does not seem to have a unloading facility for cars and an additional company with a little trustworthy appearance is involved. When requesting an urgent return call from Keller Swiss Group Mr Peter S does not return your call. Overall a third class service, expensive, slow, unprofessional! Ich importiere ein Auto von Miami FL nach Basel Schweiz. Der Preis für diesen Service war mehr als 5000 USD. Die Erwartungen sind bei der Zahlung dieses Preises hoch. Das Auto wurde in Miami vor 9 Wochen + 6 Tagen abgegeben. Wir haben das Auto noch nicht. Die geplante Anlieferung ist längst überschritten. Die Keller Swiss Group scheint keine Entladestelle für Autos zu haben und ein zusätzliches Unternehmen mit wenig vertrauenswürdiger Erscheinung ist beteiligt. Dringende Rückrufe von Keller Swiss Group erfolgen im Speziellen von Herrn Peter S. nicht. Insgesamt ein Drittklassiger Service, teuer, langsam, unprofessionell!

  Keller Swiss is happy to take your insurance premium; but when it comes to collecting on legitimate damages, this company demonstrates profound resistance, and foments ridiculous, illogical reasons to escape their end of their obligation. Keller Swiss' claims process is unprofessional and frankly a waste of clients time collecting evidence and expert valuations---as their knee-jerk rejection of legitimate claims makes for kangaroo process. Escalating ones claim to a more senior level, is also a waste of effort indicating sadly, that this firms' culture is one of low integrity through and through. Let's see how long it takes for Keller Swiss to remove this testimony.
