  Customer service good, but unfortunately quality of the items I purchased is really not good considering the price. Purchased some shelves and parts were not easy to put together because of badly fitting pieces. The quality of the finish on the furniture is also not good (paint too easy to scratch - I placed a cardboard box on a shelf which, when pushed into position, scratched the shelf surface!).
