  We stayed here last summer. The front desk reception people were nice. The room was clean as well. However, being from California, it was difficult without air conditioning during hot summer weather. There was a fan available, and windows to open, but as with all of Europe, screens for windows to keep out insects are not common. It was reasonably priced. With a/c, I'd stay here again.

  This is a lovely hotel, location was excellent, just perfect. Everything was within walking distance but the hotel have a free public transport pass, rooms were clean however no AC. Tea and coffee amenities and constant supply of sweets. Staff were very very lovely and spoke several languages, they even borrowed us a Swiss adapter. There is a breakfast option also and plenty of cafés and restaurants near by. I would recommend this hotel

  The hotel is nice and my room was spacious. Easy to catch a bus to everywhere and they give you a free bus pass around the city for all the days you stay in the hotel. Staff are excellent, try it the next time you are in Geneva.

  The hotel is fine, but I expect a higher level of hospitality for this price (200eur/night). Lobby feels like a government office. Small bathroom, with tiny space to shower behind a curtain. The continental breakfast is subaverage and is not complementary. Quiet nice area of the city.

  Had to offer accommodation to a friend who visited me at Geneva and my apartment is too small. I booked and paid for him a room for two nights. I have seen the room and he also told me that he was happy with cleanness, quietness (he had a room on the back side), fair breakfast and friendly staff. I will use the place again if I have more visitors. Bravo to the staff and the management - carry on the good work.
