  Es un hotel simple. Habitación limpia y desayuno variado y generoso. Puedes encontrar prácticamente todo lo que necesites. No tiene vistas ni nada, es ideal o bien para negocios o bien para turismo de ciudad, aunque la wifi es un poco mala para negocios. Parking de pago.

  Hotel ok, a average Ibis. Neighborhood ok, clise bus station but far from the main Gare ( train station). Staff not kind at all. Only Maria. But an specific guy Portuguese speaking and a person that attended calls at the food room service number... They were sooo not educated and unkind... Almost stupids. We called the room service to order a pizza and the person said she could not explain the pizzas name available in English by phone. In a very rude way she told us to go to the reception ( they did not had telephone on the reception). We forgot room service and got down to eat downstairs. The guy at the reception, I believe is Pedro his name, had the bad behavior to ironic suggest us to eat in a restaurant out of the hotel when we only asked about the pizza flavors available in that cold night. Shame... I was so frustrated that my hungry simply was gone. So rude... Never had such a bad service like that. In any where in the world

  Nice hospitable staff. Clean and regular cleaning.well located. Rooms are somewhat small .

  Decent hotel in the middle of the city center of Lausanne. Close to bus/tram and train stops. It's expensive, but that's standard for Swiss hotels. The breakfast is ok. Not too much choice but very good quality. Rooms were quite small but clean. There is friendly staff in the hotel who like to help where they can. In my opinion it's perfect for a short stay in Lausanne centre.

  Overall clean. Friendly service. Little options for breakfast. Parking was full and the next one a bit too far from the hotel mainly if you carry a big luggage.
