  It was an amazing stay. Kind staff, good breakfast, spacious rooms and good location too: near the city center. Easy transportation and quite easy to find even for a first time traveller. Fews dips: no airconditioner but fans are provided. Make sure you have your toothbrush with you too. If not, there's a mart nearby where you can get all you need.

  Dear owner, thanks for your interest in my rating. I missed a very important parcel because the desk did not receive a package from a messenger. I have attended multiple meetings in Bildungszentrum after that episode and usually front desk staff is friendly and helpful, but as guest that was not the case.

  This place actually gets a 4 or 5 regarding cleanliness, helpfulness, and the location is great. But it's not a "typical" hotel. It's a facility that Christian travelers and missionaries use from all over the world. It's lovely- but it's more like staying as a guest at a convent than when people think of regular hotels with commercial services. In the US, it would be a 3+ hotel regarding a commercial standing. This hotel and location is great...and is usually not considered. So it's something to considee

  Lovely hotel with large comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok but limited choice. The biggest problem was not being able to get even a drink there. I checked in around 3pm and had to go out to get a drink. Some sort of simple bar or drink selection available at reception would be nice. It’s also very school like in places so if you are looking for a modern looking hotel then look elsewhere.

  It was ok. Very clean. Superior room was still very basic. Big bathroom but very clinical. No proper food offering in hotel. Lack of atmosphere. No tea coffee facilities in room. Good access to public transport. Was good that they allow 2adults plus 2 teenagers in one room but if only 2 or 3 travellers there are more luxurious options closer to the centre for equivalent price.
