This was not from my rental Just terrible customer service. We rent 1-2 times per month from Hertz. We will be switching to a new company. Just terrible...

::The worst customer service experience with HERTZ, dangerous, groundless, discriminating and unfaithful. See picture -- This rented car, with wrongly installed ski racks, cruised more than 500 km in highway and bumpy mountainy streets, as a result of poor-quality instruction from Hertz staff. Even worse, the user (me) was suspected of having stolen one ski rack, while the accusation was completely groundless! Luckily, the racks didn’t slip, no accident happened and no other drivers were hurt. · Wrong number of ski racks provided · Improper instruction of installation, with little safety awareness · Groundless suspicion and accusation · Unfaithful testimony, missing documentation and video record · Communication confusion due to language (dialect)
