  L'hotel è situato sulla strada principale che costeggia il lago, la struttura è molto ampia e accogliente..il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Hanno molte tipologie di camere, quelle con vista lago sono le migliori. Il ristorante ha una bellissima vista e il cibo é ottimo, la struttura è dotata di un centro fitness molto ampio e di una spa anche se quest'ultima ha una sauna e bagno turco piccoli e non molto curati. La piscina è ampia e non molto riscaldata, la zona relax é piccola e accogliente. Posso dire che per essere una struttura a 5 stelle mi sarei aspettata di più o quantomeno più comfort.

  Your reception is terrible! Worst hotel I have ever been out of the 50+ countries I have even been! The room’s view is a little window that looks out to the patio that is not even a patio but more of just roofs!! It’s like a jail here. The room was very far from the lift! It’s overpriced, not even close to the shopping areas and of all the things I requested, nothing was granted, not even a late checkout!! When we arrived at the room, it has no cups for coffee, no pods for the coffee machine. We had to wait for so long for those to arrived. Is this even a 5 Star Hotel??? This is the first and last time I will use kempinski!!! Never again!!!

  Moment inoubliable, Les chambres sont vraiment très belle très adéquate pour du business. Nous avons reçu beaucoup d’attention aussi lorsque ma femme a eu son anniversaire. L’hôtel a été très attentif à cette événement. Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement. Service impeccable, possibilité de trois restaurants différents de très haute qualité.

  Luxurious hotel. Professional and helpful staff. Great location. Everything is within walking distance. Feeling extremely pampered after spending time in their spa and pool. Had a most pleasant and memorable time.
