  Outstanding service! Local, independent and flexible shop. Called (recommended!) on Tuesday, got an appointment the same day and my MacBookPro was fixed before the weekend (the wife picked it up, yes they also speak french;))! Faster and friendlier than any Apple Store/Partner I've been to...not to mention the fact that Apple officially refused to repair my model (and tried to sell me a new one!).

  Mein Mac Powerbook Pro läuft wieder! Professionelle und kompetente Hilfe für alle die im Raum Bern ein Problem mit einem Mac Computer haben. Dank Doktor Mac bin ich auch Malware losgeworden, der sich als Virenschutz getarnt hatte. Merci

  well, what can I say...After hurrying from Biel after work to get some help I arrive at 16:20 only to find a closed shop, I'm no stickler but I did still have 40min till closing time...Thanks for nothing.
