  Als ONLINE-Shop absolut nicht geeignet. EInfachste Einkaufsschritte (Auswahl - Warenkorb - Zahlung) nicht möglich. Wenn ernste Kaufabsicht: Abholen in einem der 3 Ladengeschäften. Der Internetauftritt ist toll, das Sortiment breit und bunt, die Preise OK. Keine Kunden- und Dienstleistungs-Orientierung oder ungenügend. Es besteht auch keine Wille zur Änderung z. B. E-Mails werdenn nicht gelesen oder gar nicht verstanden. Heute ist die Firma so nicht tauglich - Schade!

  Very nice furniture. However the customer experience and service is dreadful. Delivery dates are inflexible, can hardly be changed- i.e. delivery to Zurich addresses is scheduled for one day only and the period is super long (e.g. 10 am to 16 pm) and it cannot be a shorter period. Pick up cannot be arranged for the shop as they have no space to store anything major (i.e. a single chair in my case) and the pick up location is far from Zurich. When I asked for a change in delivery in the shop I was told to call customer service to arrange that. They offered that the shop could also call customer service, but it's better if I do it myself as they 'bother' them every day with calls... Since I am the customer, I believe this is not my concern amd is also unprofessional to mention to me.... It's a shame, because the furniture is nice....

  Very elegant furniture in the display, however we didn't find what we were looking for. Would still consider it for a possible future purchase
