  I used to buy a lot of things in this shop. The staffs from years ago were very friendly and helpful but many of them have left and the new staffs are very rude. A part of the bike that I bought here was broken so I came to the shop trying to get it fixed. A staff took my info and told me he would look for a solution. I came back 2 months later as I did not hear anything from them, only to have the rude bike staff yell at me, telling me that the broken part is not produced anymore, he does not have time for this and that he can't do anything about it. Finally after some heatead discussions, another staff agreed to look for a solution, which is absolutely ridiculous because I already asked them for a solution 2 months ago... I simply will never buy anything again from here! You have just lost a long-time customer.

  Called in advance to check availability of an item yet when I arrived, it was not in store. I felt my request was pretty clear and the employee seemed to understand exactly what I was after so I'm a bit frustrated.

  Very nice staff. They have also a great selection of sports products. And very often nice discounts
