  Je vous recommande pour le service de vente M. Lopes, super vendeur qui sera vous conseiller au mieux! Et surtout qui reste disponible même après avoir vendu la voiture, chose rare de nos jours!

  Personnel service après vente d'un sens du non professionnalisme assez poussé. Inefficace incompétents. Et je vous remercie de ne pas vous donnez la peine de m'envoyer votre service automatique de courriel qui me dit que vous êtes navré...Et disponible pour rectifier.

  Beware! We had a broken heating on an 2008 Octavia. After more than 600CHF, it is still broken. They took a day to look for a problem and then called us to say that they have "played with regulation" and it works a bit better but not fully. Then we asked them to further look for the problem. Then they changed some parts and claimed the problem to be fixed. It was not. On a second appointment, we left the car for one day and they called at the end of the day proposing to change the "corroie de distribution" for at least 2000CHF. When being asked if this would solve the problem the answer was "I don't know". So much for the professional approach. We took the car back without further actions by them.
