  Exchange rates are not the best, but they have a lot of different currencies (which youd normally have to order) on stock. Western union money transfer business seems to slow down the process so be prepared to queue and wait

  I'm seriously shocked at how poor their exchange rates are. I wanted to swap 400 Swiss CHFs for Thai Bhat. Weston Union offered me about 12,650 THB at the Zurich HB branch. However, by waiting until I was in Thailand, most banks offered me around 14,000 THB. Basically, if you live in Switzerland and need to get foreign money... wait until you're in that country and buy it locally... You'll be seriously ripped off if you change your money here instead.

  There's a transaction fee of 4 CHF, so you get much less than what the exchange rate offers. It's also how they sneakily added the transaction fee without saying anything - it's not stated anywhere - that irritates me
