  Dommage qu'on passe que des films vo. Actuellement fermer pour rénovations ainsi tout le bâtiment confédération centre.

  Old cinema that has outlived is prime-time. It could really use a refresh as you can see the dirt on the faded wall coverings. The seats are particularly uncomfortable, as they lean back uncontrollably as you sit in them - you sadly have no influence on this "feature". The sloped floor is rather flat and the screen very far up as a consequence. For the rest, it's a small Pathé cinéma, so overpriced and with no real service whatsoever.

  Le son saturait et faisait de gros CLAC sur les bruits forts... Et le projectionniste n’étant pas à l'écoute... Je doute que ce soit corrigé un jour...

  The Rex is...interesting. As a solid moviegoer I am amused at the peculiarities of some cinemas. The Rex definitely has a few. From the three-flight stairway that takes you from the entrance into the bowels of the cinema (where you most often end up buying your tickets and concessions) to the exit doors that lead you away from the lobby (and toilets!) and back up three-flights to deposit you into the mall where the cinema is located. The screen quality is within norm, as are the seats (although tall people will find no place to rest their heads) and the sound system is on par with any Pathe. No seat assignments (which is refreshing), but if you want (extra) concessions you have to backtrack through the doors, hallway and ticket-check to get them. The concessions counter is small and waiting times increase further when tickets are sold there as well.
