::All people working at the hotel were very kind. My room was to be one of the worst of the hotel (601) ... Just behind the elevators so all the sounds of arrival and departure, conversations, last for the household order (15:30 still not done) .. Keep these rooms for people passing by during the day, not for longer stays. A little more flexibility in the restaurant's schedules would have been nice. I arrived running one day for lunch 4 minutes after the supposed time of end of service and I was told it was over! The room was still full of people who had not finished their meal yet ... All the staff at the front desk were charming and always ready to help. For an airport hotel, I recommend it, if you have the right room.

::Hotel convenient for the airport, approximately 5min drive away. Access to the city centre was very easy. 10 min walk to the tube station and a 10 min journey into the centre. Hotel was very clean and the staff extremely polite. Our room had 2 queen size beds but the bathroom was very small considering the room slept 4. There were two of us sharing the room but we were given one cup and one wine glass. It took 2 phone calls to reception on our arrival to get another cup brought up to our room. Each day our room was cleaned and the used cups removed but not replaced. Each evening on our return from site seeing we had to ring reception to have the cups replaced. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Would stay again.

This hotel was very fancy and luxurious despite having a reasonable cost. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the Japanese restaurant downstairs and bar upstairs were both excellent. I thought that the chocolates bar at the check-in desk was a very lovely touch. The only comment was that the view from the room was pretty terrible even though it faced the airport. And basically looked at some service buildings that blocked any view of the airplanes.

::Warm welcome at the check-in as well as an efficient check-out procedure. Staff was helpful and ready to answer all questions I had. Only (small) inconvenience: due to an early flight, I could not use the breakfast but had been promised that there would be some croissants and orange juice at the reception. Unfortunately, there was nothing at the time of check-out. Nevertheless, a pleasant experience and I would recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.
