  Their overnight menu is made of pre-prepared frozen meals. I stayed there with my husband for a few days. One evening I decided to try out the “Zuercher Geschnezeltes” from their overnight menu. The food was very bland and cold. I then went to the front desk to complain. After asking some direct questions, the clerk eventually admitted that all warm dishes in the overnight menu are not freshly cooked, but are pre-cooked and kept in the freezer. In other words, frozen food. For a 5 Star superior hotel serving frozen food and for that expensive price is totally outrageous and a rip-off. I expect for that price fresh-made food.

  Amazing service, very friendly staff. They responded to my request within 10 minutes after booking. Very luxurious for a 3 star hotel.

  This place is amazing. Tons of little touches that made our stay quite lovely - we were traveling with our 5 month old daughter and one evening, they knocked on our door to present us with a children's bath kit for her. We enjoyed our time there very much, true luxury.

  Lovely hotel they care about everything. You can walk to the restaurants and nice places around it.

  It's not so common for me to give 5 stars, but in this case I really found this hotel excellent; kindness and professionality of people who works there are really impressive; congratulations to all who works in this hotel and to whom selects and trains staff. I strongly reccomend this hotel.
