  It is a good hotel right in the heart of Geneva .. next to the city center, lots of restaurants, shopping and train station... Very Accessible .. staff is friendly .. rooms are good sized. If you have your own vehicle and first time to Geneva your map or navigation cannot guide you towards the entrance .. the only other way is park in Cornavin station / shopping parking which is few meters away. Alternatively drive in front of the station where generally buses and taxis are allowed to reach hotel entrance .. you can park for less than 5 mins for loading and unloading. Bathroom is fine but not well ventilated and seems like a extension in a large bedroom Restaurants serves moderately pricey breakfast .. I would rather suggest you to walk to train station which is 50m to have variety of breakfast places. I would recommend it because of its location and ok room and accessibility. Those who are middle aged .. this hotel is featured in Tintin's episode The Calculus affair .. Professor calculus always stays in this hotel and there is a Tintin mannequin at the entrance. Good hotel definitely not a disappointment. Please visit the breakfast area on the 8th floor .. the view of Geneva is amazing and the hotel gives discount card for free bus travel in Geneva and 30% off card for paid parking at the station. I will recommend it to my friends

  I stayed in this hotel for a business trip of 4 days. The hotel is very centrally located and rooms are very confortable. However, during my last night there, I woke up and found that all of my personal items from the bathroom were missing (tooth paste, shaver, sun block, etc.), when I called reception to inquire about it, they told me that the cleaning service had said that all my items were scatter around the bathroom and that they tough it was garbage. This really doesn’t make sense at all, and the hotel basically said that I could talk to the cleaning person but that was everything they could do. No compensation was offered or additional options were explored. Be aware of this as you may loose some items during your stay in this place.

  You're paying a premium for the location, not the room. If this looks like a wooden bench with a twin mattress, that's because it is. The staff is terrific, though.

  Very central location, right at the train station, with easy walking distance to the city center. The staff was very friendly. Room was disappointing, very outdated and not what I expected for a 4* hotel and the price paid (430 CHF/night). Breakfast was quite basically, at 19 CHF.
