  I wasn't expecting too much from this hotel however I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in room 34 which I am sure has the best view of any of the rooms. There is a balcony area accessible from two areas of the room to allow you to enjoy the views of the city below. The bathroom is a little unconventional, with the toilet in a separate room and the sink and shower behind another door. However, this is not a problem. Beds are comfortable and the shower is what I call "proper" in that it is powerful and gets hot very quickly. The addition of a simple breakfast was a positive I did not anticipate as I did not pay for this when booking. I got a croissant & bread bun with butter, orange juice and coffee. All was good bar the coffee which was fairly "meh". My only issue is that any noise outside in the corridor of other travelers entering and leaving their rooms penetrates through to the room, and with doors being locked by traditional lock and key, there is plenty of noise to penetrate through.

  No unneeded luxury. Everything we need for a good and comfortable stay. Excellent staff.

  Geneve車站到飯店走路約15 min(拖29吋行李箱)，沿途會經過大噴泉，飯店位置很好，價錢也很漂亮，櫃台人員非常nice，協助預訂隔天早上的Taxi(到車站約20法郎，回車站建議搭車，沿途為緩坡)，缺點是空間較小，隔音不佳。 接待櫃台要坐電梯到6F。

  A very nice accommodation close to the main central spots of the old town and a 3 minutes walking distance to the lake shore... I found a nice, comfortable room, even if cleanliness were not on top, with room service as a plus.

  I had booked a place to take four people. However I was given a free upgrade to an apartment at the top of the building. The receptionist Maiva was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I can't thank her enough for making our stay amazing. The apartment was spotless, spacious and well furnished. I paid around £200 euros for a one night stay and received free continental breakfast for all of us delivered to our apartment. I highly recommend this place.
