  First class service... OK selection of Rolex and IWC watches (which I bought a few of) and excellent own "brand" diamond jewelery selection. Once you bought something from Bucherer you get a hand written christmas card every year as well as a classy catalogue of new items on sale... Going back in two weeks time to pickup my third Rolex watch from them!
