::A fantastic research facility located in an elegant 19th century building just couple of minutes walk from the Old Town. The entrance to the Library is on the 1st floor up the beautiful staircase. If you do research on Geneva's architecture, art and history, this is your place. You do not have to be a member of the Library to request books on the desired topic. Most books and journals are in French with some small selection in English. The staff is knowledgable and can get you books almost on any relevant topic or question you research. The Library also holds temporarily exhibitions dedicated to different themes and books from their archives.
