::We rented a vehicle from this location in April 2018 for 5 days. We got 2 flat tires during our rental. Avis roadside assistance sent a tow 4 hours later. I advised customer service as well as Sandra at the Avis Geneva airport rental counter. 2 weeks later I get a text message asking me where the car is. I reported this 2 weeks ago. I was in disbelief. I proceeded to email M. Laissue , manager of this location to again inform them of the flat tire. To my surprise, I get an over 2000$ charge on my credit card the next day with nothing received from Avis!!! It's been 2 weeks and they still have not provided me with a report. I'll be starting an dispute with my credit card company tomorrow. What a nightmare!! Will never use Avis again!

::I prepaid a Station wagon (K category car – Golf station wagon or similar) with ski rails at Avis Norwegian website before arrival. At the Avis local desk on the airport I ask if they were sure that I would have a station wagon because we were four adult people with a lot of ski equipment’s. I was told by the lady at the front desk that the Peugeot 2008 was a station wagon and since I didn’t know the type of care I thrust here. I also asked if there were ski rails at the roof and then she told me that I must pay extra for that. I then had to argue a lot before she admits that it was included in my prepaid booking. You have to take a bus from the Avis desk at the airport to the garage when your pick up the car. When we came to the garage we find that the car was not a station wagon K category (see my attached photos) but a small C category where it was not possible to put the ski rails (magnetic type) on the roof. I had to argue a lot with Avis in the garage before they call the front office again and finally admit that we had not get the prepaid kind of car. We had to wait for another 30 minutes before we got the key to our new car that was what we had ordered. As a Avis preferred+ customer who has rented cars around the world I am not satisfied with the service at Avis Geneva airport! Regards Svein-Magne Tunli, Bergen – Norway.

::Terrible experience. The car was all right, no problem with that. But 1st my credit card was double booked (their fault), and they promised to free one booking next day. Now I have to fight for my money, it's been a week, but they don't care, normally it takes one month to release my money. 2nd the guy promised me that with Fuel Up Front Option I only need to pay for the amount of gas what I used (explained 3 times). It is a service with fix cost, full tank has to be paid (CHF 65). 3rd Super Demage Waiver as additional extra which I've never asked (CHF 25). 4th Location surcharge for CHF 41 wich I have no idea why added to my bill. 5th Additional Products CHF 6. No idea why. I will never use Avis again, and suggest the same to all of you.

::Very helpful and friendly staff (thank you Olivier!), I received almost a brand new car at a reasonable costs. They convinced me they are very good and Avis is my first option for rent a car from now on!
